Dagan Levinzon is a professional with solid experience in business management, international financial operations and commodities trading, with an academic background in Psychology (BA) and an MBA focused on Marketing and Finance from the Technion in Haifa. He boasts advanced skills in negotiating with international banks, managing letters of credit, and implementing global marketing strategies.

Kolyo Boichev
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Kolyo Boichev is a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across global corporations in the food & beverage, energy, and pharmaceutical industries. He has held key positions such as CFO and Finance Director at internationally recognized companies including Coca-Cola HBC, Tate & Lyle Group, and the Carlsberg Group, where he led financial strategy, performance optimization, and operational efficiency on a multinational scale.
His expertise extends into executive education and leadership coaching, having delivered training programs for Citibank in Austria and served as a certified management coach for senior executives in the energy sector. Kolyo is also a certified trainer in business simulation for top and middle management, with credentials from leading institutions including the University of Delaware and the Technical University of Sofia.
Fluent in five languages, including English and Russian, he brings a global mindset to every role, having operated in diverse, high-growth environments with teams across more than 100 countries. He is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Credit Glorious Property Holdings, where he oversees financial operations and strategic investment initiatives in trade finance, asset management, and global capital markets

As Head of Legal at CGPH Banque d’affaires, I work alongside entrepreneurs, institutional investors, family offices and advisors who are not looking for ordinary legal advice, but for strategic legal guidance capable of turning complex business visions into structured, bankable, and market-ready transactions.

After earning my Law degree from the University of Turin, I pursued advanced studies with a Master’s in European Legal Studies, followed by a Master’s in Tax Law from the Università Cattolica of Milan, and later an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law at Fordham University School of Law in New York. During my time in the U.S., I gained hands-on international experience at top-tier law firms.
🇺🇸 In the United States, I served as Corporate Legal Associate Counsel at New York International Capital, LLC (NYIC), a boutique investment banking firm focused on capital markets, M&A, and venture finance. At the same time, I worked as Associate Counsel at Tosolini, Lamura, Rasile & Toniutti LLP, a Manhattan-based law firm, where I advised on corporate governance, international contracts, tax matters for foreign investments, and business immigration—assisting corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals in accessing the U.S. market.
